“masalah kendur??”.....WHAT THE.....
eh, apesal iklan sekarang ni open sgt ekh.payudara kendur la...masalah hubungan intim la..perapat la.....masalah kejantanan la...wadehel.tak caye..????.korg on tv skunk........skunk jugak....!.hurm...korg lambat.iklan da abis.:)..yes, aku sorg je dapat tgok...bes kan aku.:P

point here is, kadang2 aku malu dengan iklan camni. tgok sorg2 jadi malu sendiri..cm tgok aksi2 comolot kt tb ah plak.kih3.....zaman skunk tv ni dah jadi cm mainan tuk budak2.....kt umah tau nk tgok tv je, u juz imagine, bile dorg tgok iklan2 cmnih.......in term of ilmu, memang la bagus....diorang get knowledge about health of women n men...but in term of penggunaan word2 dalam iklan sgt tak bagus...makin cepat la budak2 terdedah ngan perkataan yg tak sedap didengar....contohnyeee :
“ budak pompuan ade epal kecik”......hahhahaahh, cmner tuh......but, dun let it go too complicated kan mende2 cmni kan....juzzz..at least cover la sikit kan.....until to the extend, that iklan samekan breast ngan buah epaL LA....belon kembang kempis LA..isshh3...buruk sgt perumpamaan tuh...tpi betol jugak...tkkan nk letak pic betol.huhuhuhu....

bukan ape..ak dah ah suke makan epal.ahahahahahah...*tetibe....... tpi memang betol la.ak suke epal......:).

btw, pasal mende2 nih....nasib baik la ak dah besar....bukan dak kecik.kalau aku kecik, mesti ak tak paham...eccecececeeee...


so now aku just fokus dekat masalah otot dekat area perineal lah k.....
bcoz of byak sgt iklan mcm nih....penggune esp women pon makin terpengaruh, ye arh.sume nak jage badan segala bagai...ak nak cakap byak pown..... aku belum kawin, cakap banyak kang....terkena kt batang idung sendiri.....mane la tau kan....memang jage kesihatan at that part (breast and perineal part) tu penting and bagus..... aku sendiri pernah tgok org bersalin, .segala perubahan berlaku at down there after several time of delivery....tak heran la..it totally changes, unless for jamu user or any herb produk..aku belum nampak lagi keefektiveness nyer,...huwaaaaaa.....tpi ape yg penting..before kawin, time tgah dara trang-tang-tang ni.....rajin2 la wat senam badan tuh..buat senaman kt bahagian chest....oke..., bukan susah.. kalau rase tak nak yg kt bawah tu cepat kendur ke ape......wat la kegel exercise... wut is kegel exercise..????
oke la..aku nk share satu ilmu ngan semua readers....


KEGEL EXERCISE
1. the benefit is to strengthen pelvic floor muscles. all the rahim ( tak tuju kepada rahim maaruf), pundi kending, and bowels can benefit from doing these exercise. especially pregnant women...elok la amalkan.
2. Some people choose these exercises in order to avoid other problems. There are specific conditions related to the weakening of the pelvic floor. One of these is called Peranakan jatuh,haaaaa biase dengar kan. This condition is caused when the pelvic muscles move towards the vagina area. Intercourse related problems may also develop as a result of this weakening.
3. so perlu sgt la untuk kite amalkan latihan nih....k, korg ikut guide nih.....
a. - Practice relax and contract the muscles
b. - Contract for a certain amount of seconds
c. - Relax for the same number of seconds
d. - Continue over time building up the seconds
ULANG DALAM 20 KALI....

ok let me explain dengan bahasa yang mudah....kegel exercise is senaman kt bahagian bwah tu la.laki pompuan boleh buat...elok untuk kuatkan muscle at down there... bahase mudah nye, kegel ni cam MENGEMUT...sound like silly je word tuh...huhuuhu...but, this is important,dis exercise elok tuk vagina...elok tuk saluran kencing....saluran kt belakang tu pon termasuk jugak........ die lebih kurang cm korg tahan kencing n buang air besar tu la.sehari buat dalam 20 kali....anytime n anywhere...time facebooking pon boleh...time bace entry ni pon korg boleh buat.hua4....nak tahu TEKNIK kegel yg korg buat tu betol ke tak.make sure time korg mengemut, otot peha korang cm contract...itu tips nyer....haaaaaa....mesti skunk korg tgah wat kegel exercise kan.bagus.....:)....thumb up!


p/s: addition info: Orang perempuan jgn suka sgt duk mencangkung.....:).

eh!....nak share nih, about 40 percent women around the world admit that they does not know bout their body........is it true we have 3 orifices down there.???? adoiyaiiii...... sigh!.
my answer: yes, we have 1. vagina for delivery,menstrual n sexual intercourse “is there any function, then”...huhuhu. ...2. urethra for voiding and 3. anus for bowel movement purpose.
